The producer
Before developing the family domaine with Marlène, Bernard Delmas spent ten years working as a cook. In 1986, they decided to convert the vineyard to organic farming. That decision gave the next chapter of the family story a direction, followed through successive harvests.
Antugnac places Delmas in the Haute Vallée. The estate describes hillside parcels at different elevations and a harvest that tends to arrive later than elsewhere in the appellation. The place asks for observation and patience.
