Our producers — food
Regional cuisine
Wine brings us to Limoux; the table asks us to stay. Regional cuisine presents Maison Aymeric, our established food partner, alongside two Collection ranges still in development: Mardi Gras and La Garrigue. The concepts are editorial previews, not products currently offered for sale.

Our food partner
Founded in Limoux in 1963, Maison Aymeric carries forward the generous culinary tradition of the region. Its conserverie keeps the dishes and preserves of the southern table close at hand, from Limoux's local fricassée to the jars opened when people gather, share bread and let lunch unfold.
