The producer
Jean-Marie and Marie-Ange Pasquetto began their vineyard journey in 1992, supplying grapes to the Limoux cooperative. Their Maison Jean et Marie Crémants followed in 2019.
Clément returned in 2023 and Adrien in 2024. For their first vintage together, the brothers converted their parents’ garage into a small winery, setting aside part of the family vineyard for their own wines. Clément brought winemaking experience; Adrien brought a background in the wine trade and marketing.
The scale gives their story its interest: a family’s existing vineyard, a deliberately small beginning and room to experiment. Discover the parcel wines and Crémants as different expressions of that developing conversation.

Discover Limoux through the people who give it character: its independent winemakers, artisans and storytellers. Our opening edition follows their wines, traditions and everyday lives into the wider Aude.
